Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying tidal.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Because our products are consumable, we generally cannot accept returns of opened items.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll try to make it right!

Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your order is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, please contact us at hello@trytidal.com. We’ll help determine the best option and provide instructions for completing the exchange.

 

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for opened product, sale items or giftcards.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
