Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather events, or other periods of high order volume.
Shipping confirmations and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.
While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. tidal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@trytidal.com. We’ll work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
