Tasted good and gave me the boost I needed. Had to shake it a lot though. But other than that I recommended it.

This electrolyte shot has great flavor. It especially tastes good chilled, and it's got all the minerals that I look for in an electrolyte. I will say that you will want to shake it well so that it's well mixed.

I really enjoyed the tidal electrolyte shot. I tried the Pina Colada flavor and it was delicious!! Most hydration drinks don't have the best taste, but this one is different. It taste just like a pink colada drink and the burst of pineapple flavor is awesome! I drank the entire 4.5 ounces quickly and wanted more!! It kept me hydrated through the day and I look forward to having another one tomorrow.
